The Spirit of Counsel can be understood, as we’ve mentioned before, as counsel, advice, advise, plan, etc…but it can also by definition include the words commands, instructions, listening, orders, etc… especially in context to walking out and heeding the counsel that the commandments give.

26th January 2025: Our Daily deLIGHT~1st Day-Wisdom
As we often say, we must be careful that we do not redefine the meaning of Yah’s commandments to fit what is convenient for us, for in type this is rejecting the actual Word of YHVH. Functioning within the Seven Spirits of YHVH, wisdom, understanding, counsel, Spirit of YHVH, power, knowledge and fear of Him, will provide us with everything we need to stay on course.
25th January 2025: Our Daily deLIGHT~7th Day-Fear of YHVH
Deuteronomy 31:12-13 says, “12 Assemble the people, the men and the women and children and the alien who is in your town, so that they may hear and learn and fear YHVH your Elohim, and be careful to observe all the words of this law. 13 Their children, who have not known, will hear and learn to fear YHVH your Elohim, as long as you live on the land which you are about to cross the Jordan to possess.” No-one was left out of the gathering so that they may hear and learn to Fear YHVH. This is such a strong pattern throughout all of Scripture…men, women, children and alien gathering together to learn of our Creator’s ways.

10 But YHVH was pleased to crush Him, putting Him to grief; if He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, and the good pleasure of YHVH will prosper in His hand.
23rd January 2025: Our Daily deLIGHT~5th Day-Power
Do you feel weary, tired or worn? We can all feel that way from time to time for various reasons. However, our Creator is never without strength and power and He restores it to His people that rely on Him for it.
22nd January 2025: Our Daily deLIGHT~4th Day-Spirit of YHVH
We are told in John 15:5 He is the vine and we are the branches and those branches are to bear fruit; but not just any fruit GOOD/TOV fruit. He is the GOOD/TOV tree; therefore, if we abide in Him we will bear the GOOD/TOV fruit listed below and that is the evidence of the Spirit dwelling in us. If we lack these qualities, we can ask of the Spirit to prune away the branches that are bad so that nothing hinders the GOOD/TOV fruit that desires to come forth from the GOOD/TOV tree…Yeshua!!
21st January 2025: Our Daily deLIGHT~3rd Day-Counsel
… when someone is speaking to us words of instruction, guidance, encouragement, direction, etc…it can be the same as giving counsel. Then it is up to us whether we receive and walk in the words given. With that in mind, let’s read the patterns in the verses below and apply the principles to our lives by allowing our confidence to be in the Father who always prepares us through the Spirit of Counsel for what we’re currently in or what may be coming. It is for our good and blessing!!
