19th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~6th Day-Knowledge
As we’ve said before, we are in perilous times. But as the people of Elohim we can lean into the Spirit of YHVH who imparts His Seven Spirits to those who seek and believe. Knowing His truth and allowing the Spirit of Knowledge to reveal His promises, can enable us to go through these times with complete faith that He will give us His wisdom, understanding, counsel, Spirit, power, knowledge and fear/reverence of Him.
18th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~5th Day-Power
In the times that we live we find ourselves in great need to understand the power and authority we’ve been given as covenant people of Elohim. We are not the same as those outside of the covenant.
17th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~4th Day-Spirit of YHVH
1 John 4:7-13 says, 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from Elohim; and everyone who loves is born of Elohim and knows Elohim. 8 The one who does not love does not know Elohim, for Elohim is love. 9 By this the love of Elohim was manifested in us, that Elohim has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 16th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~3rd Day-Counsel
The book of Titus is a power packed little book that comes with much counsel for the body of Messiah. Paul is writing a letter to Titus, who he left in Crete, to instruct and set up elders in every city as he directed him. As we read this book one can readily see the Spirit of Counsel throughout all three chapters. I highly recommend reading through all of Titus, but today we will look at chapter two. May we receive the instructions as fresh as they were the day they were given to Titus to teach.
15th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~2nd Day-Understanding
Today we will read a chapter from Daniel, one of the books of prophecy. The scope of the deLIGHT will not afford us to unpack this chapter for all of its meaning as there are many books written about this topic. However, there are a few simple truth’s that we can grasp from it in order to gain a better understanding that will help us concerning our walk as believers. May the Father open our eyes that we may behold [understand] wonderful things in His Torah [teachings and instructions].
14th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~1st Day-Wisdom
While we must face and understand the reality of the times we are in, we can also be a voice of hope and soothing balm of Gilead to the souls of those within our sphere of influence. May we wisely discern when and how to speak!!
13th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~7th Day-Fear of YHVH
Psalm 76:11 says, Make vows to YHVH your Elohim and fulfill them; let all who are around Him bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.
12th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~6th Day-Knowledge
Moses reminds Elohim of the covenant made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and YHVH relented in what He had planned to do to the children of Israel. Moses goes down the mountain, witnesses the debauchery and throws down the two tablets and they are shattered. The golden calf is ground up, scattered over the surface of the water and he made the sons of Israel drink it.
11th April 2024: Our Daily deLIGHT~5th Day-Power
There are days that it is good/tov to be reminded how great and powerful our Creator is!! We may sometimes get so covered over with our circumstances that we are tempted to get discouraged, disappointed and even feel defeated; yet, when we read the powerful words in the verses below and mix it with our faith, we can then be encouraged to look away from our personal weaknesses and draw on His strength and power!!
